Email: support@aipoweredmobility.com

We aim to reply within 1 business day, and within 2 business days at the outside.

For privacy requests — a copy of your data, correction, or deletion — see Data and privacy requests below.

The app also has a built-in Help Center at Profile → Help Center, with a shorter set of FAQs and an Email Support button. This page has the full detail.

What to include when you report a problem

Giving us these up front usually saves a full round trip:

  1. The email address on your account (or the email you entered at checkout, if you ordered as a guest).
  2. Your role — customer, cashier, or store owner.
  3. The order number, if it's about an order. It looks like #… and is on your receipt and on the order screen.
  4. The store name, if it's about a specific stand or stall.
  5. What you expected, and what actually happened.
  6. When it happened — date and rough time, with your time zone.
  7. Your device and iOS version — Settings → General → About.
  8. The app version — Profile → About.
  9. A screenshot, if there's anything on screen. This helps more than anything else.

For a payment problem, please also include the last 4 digits of the card and the amount charged. Never send us a full card number, security code, password, or a photo of an ID document. We will never ask for them, and we cannot accept them.

Frequently asked questions

Getting started

How do I sign in? Three ways: an email address and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. Use the same method every time — signing in with Apple and separately with email creates two different accounts.

Do I need an account to buy something? No. You can browse and complete a purchase as a guest. You'll be asked for an email address so we can send your receipt and so you can pull up the order later. A phone number is optional.

I signed out and now I'm stuck on the sign-in screen. Tap Continue as Guest on the sign-in screen to keep browsing without an account.

What device do I need? Cashless Stand is an iPhone app. It isn't built for iPad, and it requires iOS 18 or later.

Roles and stores

What are the roles? Customer — browse and buy. Cashier — take orders and payments for a store you've been given access to. Store owner — run the store: products, prices, staff, orders, payouts.

How do I start selling? Profile → Become a Merchant. You'll set up your store details and connect a Stripe account so you can get paid. Stripe will ask you to verify your identity; that's a legal requirement for accepting card payments, and those details go to Stripe, not to us.

How do I join a store as a cashier? Two ways, both started by the store owner:

  • Join code — the owner shows or sends you a code. Enter it in the app to join. Codes expire, so if yours is rejected, ask for a fresh one.
  • Invitation — the owner invites the email address on your account. Sign in with that exact address and accept the invitation in the app.

If a code is rejected, check that you're signed in with the right account and that the code hasn't expired. Owners can generate a new one from the Team screen.

How do I remove a cashier? Store owner → Team → remove the member. Do this as soon as someone stops working for you: a cashier can take payments in your name.

Taking payments

What can customers pay with? Online card payments, Apple Pay, Tap to Pay on iPhone (they tap their card or phone against your iPhone), and cash recorded in the app.

What do I need for Tap to Pay on iPhone? An iPhone XS or later. Apple's own requirement for Tap to Pay is iOS 16.7 or later, but the Cashless Stand app itself requires iOS 18 or later, so that's the practical floor. You'll also need to accept Apple's Tap to Pay terms and complete the short on-device setup the first time. No external card reader is needed — the NFC hardware in the iPhone does the work. Cashless Stand does not support Bluetooth card readers.

Tap to Pay says my device isn't supported. That means the iPhone is older than the iPhone XS or the chip doesn't support it. There's no workaround; you'll need a newer iPhone, or you can take card payments the online way and record cash sales in the app.

Why is there a fee added at checkout? Card payments cost money to process. The fee covers that cost plus the platform's margin, and it is shown separately at checkout, before payment, so you always see it before you pay. The store receives exactly the listed item price — the fee is not taken out of what the store earns.

When do I get paid? Funds settle to your Stripe account on Stripe's standard payout schedule. Payout status and history are in your store dashboard. If a payout is delayed or failed, it's almost always a Stripe verification or bank-detail issue — check the status shown in the app first, then email us.

Orders and receipts

Where's my receipt? It's emailed to the address captured at checkout, right after payment. Check spam. If it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, email us with the order number and we'll re-send it.

I ordered as a guest — how do I find my order again? Use the link in your receipt email; it opens your order directly. Recent guest orders also appear in the app's Orders tab on the device you ordered from. If you've lost both, email us with the email address you used and the approximate time and amount, and we'll locate it.

My order is still "pending". Pending means the store hasn't picked it up yet. If it's been more than about 15 minutes at a busy stall, talk to the stand directly — they're right there. If nobody's there, email us.

Can I cancel an order? Contact the store. Because food and goods are prepared immediately, orders can't usually be cancelled once accepted.

Refunds

How do refunds work? The store handles refunds, and the store decides. Stores are independent businesses on the platform, so a refund is never guaranteed — a store can say no.

Ask in person and verbally, at the stand, before you take your food or goods. Once you've received the product the sale is final, and the store isn't obliged to refund it. There's no refund button in the app for customers.

If the store agrees, the owner issues a full refund from the order screen, and the money goes back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

One case is automatic: if a store cancels an order you already paid for by card or Tap to Pay, the app refunds you in full as part of that cancellation.

What if the store won't help? Contact the store first — it's the fastest route. If you can't reach them, or something went seriously wrong, email support@aipoweredmobility.com with the order number and what happened. We'll work with both sides toward a fair outcome. We can't force a store to refund, but we can look into it, and repeated problems affect whether a store stays on the platform.

Cash orders? Cash refunds happen in person, with the store.

Account and data

How do I delete my account? In the app: Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. It's permanent.

Two things worth knowing before you do it:

  1. If you're the only owner of a store that's still live, deletion will be blocked. The app will tell you which store. Take the store offline in Live Mode, or add a second owner, then try again. This exists so a live storefront isn't left running with no one behind it.
  2. Your past orders aren't destroyed — they're anonymised. Your name, email and phone are removed from every past order and receipt, and your account is permanently deleted. The orders themselves remain on the selling store's books, with no link to you, because they're that business's sales and tax records.

Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

How do I change my name or photo? Profile → edit your details in the app. Your email address can't be changed in the app — email support@aipoweredmobility.com and we'll change it for you.

How do I turn off notifications, location or camera access? iOS Settings → Cashless Stand, and turn off whichever you want. Notifications can also be managed in the app.

Location depends on how you use the app. If you only buy: turning it off just means we can't sort stores by distance — you can still browse and check out. If you sell: our card-payment provider needs location to accept in-person card payments and switches them off without it, and we also can't record the fulfilment evidence used to defend chargebacks.

Data and privacy requests

To delete your data, the fastest route is the in-app delete described above — it runs immediately and needs no ticket.

For anything else — a copy of your data, a correction, a portability export, an objection to processing, or a deletion you can't complete in the app — email support@aipoweredmobility.com with:

  • the email address on your account,
  • what you're asking for,
  • enough detail for us to confirm it's really you.

We respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires it. This applies wherever you are — including GDPR rights in the EEA and UK, and CCPA/CPRA rights in California.

Something's broken

The app crashes or a screen won't load. Force-quit and reopen it. If that doesn't fix it, check for an App Store update, then restart the iPhone. If it still happens, email us with your device model, iOS version, app version, and what you were doing — a screenshot of the crash or the stuck screen is the single most useful thing you can send.

I was charged but there's no order. Email us straight away with the amount, the approximate time, the last 4 digits of the card, and the store name. Some charges are temporary authorisations that clear on their own, but we'll check the transaction record and confirm either way.

A store or listing looks fraudulent. Email us with the store name and what you saw. We take this seriously and will investigate.
